I surely wish that I had seen this site before I moved in. In fact had I, I would never have signed a lease. Although I do find that the staff "mistakes" are somewhat tolerable, it does take a considerable amount of time to get maintenance requests taken care of. I have noticed that the office is unattended quite often.

I must admit my number one complaint for this complex is the noise factor. The walls are indeed paper thin. My neighbor upstairs must have bricks tied to their feet because I have never heard someone pound their feet so often its absolutely annoying. I am thinking they have toretts also since they slam doors closed every second. But who knows, I could have an elephant living above me for all I know.

The "water/trash" disposal fees are by far the highest I've ever been charged at an apt. complex. Maybe if they learned to turn the sprinklers on every other morning then maybe I wouldn't have such an outrageous bill. And I do agree with the other tenants complaints though as far as there being an awful lot of spiders and various bugs in the apts.

If you are trying to save a few bucks by moving in here, don't. Its not worth it. If you still want to try it don't sign anything more than a 7 month lease so you can move out ASAP once you realize all these complaints are true.
