First off, I want to say that I agree with the noise. I can hear my neighbors moving around from time to time, but what do you expect, we live in an APARTMENT COMPLEX! If you don't want noise, BUY A HOUSE! Second, the management has been great and solved all of my issues very quickly. Give them a break, with people like you all, I would be rude too! Finally, if you have a problem with it, MOVE. It's that simple!
