i remember almost 4 years ago when i was stuck looking for an apartment after living in a house for 10 years and selling due to a layoff at work.
i came in and found a huge 1 bedroom at an affordable price, but thats not what sold me.
the place was so pretty and well kept, and everyone was so friendly,and here i am still almost 4 yrs later, the girls in the office always have something sweet to say,the manager is very understanding, friendly and compassionate in difficult situations and remembers my name when i come in! if thats not customer service then i dont know what is.
