We have lived here for two years, and it is ok.

We would have moved had we gave them 60 days notice, but we didn't so now we are stuck.

The cockroaches are NASTY.

I have never lived in a place that had them before.

But they do spray--after you ask.

They just cleaned our carpets for free, so that was nice, but the did increase our rent--wich isn't too nice.

I don't have bad neighbors, but I wouldn't call them nice either--not overly friendly!! Parking is fine--not always really close, but never really far away either.

I have had a problem with the postal service and receiving packages--they gave some of my stuff to a resident with the same name!'! I hate the cable options, so we finally got satellite--way cheaper! Maintenance is always timely which is nice and the management will escort them or pest control so you don't have random people in your apartment :)
