I will have to agree.

Tuscancy Villas is a poorly ran compled with lazy workers.

I filed several noise complaints and health concerns / complaints about the building I reside in, and it took the manager 1 month to respond.



The only reason she responded is that I didnt pay my rent the beginning of the month to get her attention.
