It is 5:00 am and I've not slept for two nights. I can't decide whether my neighbors are Sumo wrestlers or sex perverts who spend the entire night moving furniture around. Loud music, very inconsiderate noise. Who knows what they heck they are honestly doing - it's horrible!

New management is worse than the old management. Repairs are never made, they're just made to look like they've been repaired - the problem still exists. The outside lights in my area are burned out, and no one seems to be checking this important safety stuff.

Oh, yes! Parking! Your car gets a nightly bath from the sprinkler systems. There is nowhere to park where your car does not get sprinkled on. Makes going to the car wash a waste of time and money.

Then there are the pigeons...don't need to say anything more.

Roofing is in poor condition with shingles blowing off every storm.

I hear car alarms go off every night. Not sure what's happening.

The grounds are a total mess (due to inconsiderate, trashy residents)and watch out where you step! No one cleans up after their dogs.

On the good side' Can't think of anything. This would be a better place if the dogs stayed and the people left.
