I was 2 days from moving in from out of state and these people found someone else to sign a longer lease, and pay 50.00 bucks more a month ,and told me after 3 weeks of planning and hiring movers that they could not rent to me cause i didnt have my job for more that 3mo.-I explanied I've worked for the same company for 18 years,this Dallas based office is just a different division of the other,,then asked me to have a CO-SIGNER that owns there own home.
What kind of BS is this, i ask I have a 740 credit score, perfect rental history for several years from San Diego to Fargo and she said sorry we have to have this or your deposit will be refunded.
Well im not calling my Daddy away from his fishing boat to co-SIGN.
COMPLETE MORONS!!!!!!
