The former office staff was record breaking-ignorant and incompetent, led by an old lady named Sondra who had absolutely no idea what she was (not) doing. The new staff (from 2005 2nd half) is about as good as the original one was years ago with Trammel Crow properties. I almost moved out but then the management changed, definitely for the better.
