My wife and I are former tenants who lived at the complex for about four years.
We had no positive experiences.
We had no luck getting maint.
issues fixed..
We had run-ins with the office about their mis-management of the property.
We - along with our neighbors - disliked the place and have all moved out since.
Posting this because we see several positive reviews about the complex -all without names and anonoymously - and when we were living there- we did see a leasing agent on this site.
Make your own assumptions about that.
As with everything you read on the internet - you never know who to believe.

I have to agree with you!!! I live at the complex now and am searching for a new place as we speak!! I feel that the girls working the office are paid a commission and will do or say just about anything to get you to sign one of their year leases!! They will not give you a lease for a less time and they have people standing on the corner with available now constantly but when you visit the place to rent, they act like if you dont grab your floor plan right now it may be gone tomorrow!! They are a rip off in every way! The utility bills are unbelievable, and they act like that is just the way it is but it is not the way it is! I have spoke to alot of people living in other places and we are getting ripped off at this place by what they charge and then the utilities on top of it. I personally cannot wait to get out of here and will be alot more careful my next go around before signing a year lease with an obvious professional sales person! That is what we all need to keep in mind when renting that the people in the office are trying to sell us and that is how they get paid, unfortunately they do not care about the people once they have their lease signed they are good to go and could care less if you can barely survive with their fees and utility costs.
