I had the same thing happen to me! I got a letter in the mail (don't I live within 100 yards of the front office') telling me my rent was late, I owed money and I was up for eviction. I knew this couldnt be right, I dropped my check off on the 1st like I always do, I've NEVER been late. I had proof of my check AND it had gone through the bank by the time they "mailed" it to me. I called to figure out what was going on and they basically told me I was wrong. They said they needed a copy of my check, proof it went through my bank account, etc. I told them I didn't have the time and it wasn't my fault they messed up. I gave in and faxed them all of the info. I hadn't heard anything in 2 days so I called to make sure they received it. All I got was "Sorry, we got yours mixed up with another apartment." I thought it was just an honest mistake but after knowing it's happening to quite a few people, I'm curious. STOP THE SCAM! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

I know, we had mice!!! It was disgusting, rat poop all in your apartment. I blame management but I heard they are gone now.

Im having the exact same problem right now with my July payment! They failed to mention to me that I was incurring late fees from my July payment (which was made on time on the 1st) and didn't mention it to me until 9/11!!! How do you lose someone's payment for 40 days ?
