Beautiful Black Mold in all air conditiong vents

Hurry up and move here if you like mold.

I'v seen four different maintanence people come through in 3 months.

Management is horrible.

First day walking to my apartment, open door, had not even been touched since previous occupant moved out.

Occupancy here at about 50% if that tells you anything.
