Tuscany Villas is awfull!!! I've lived here for four years and it was ok until this last management company took over and they've run Tuscany Villas into the ground. I have sooo many awful things to say about them I don't even know where to begin. However the last thing that really pissed me off was I paid my rent the morning of Jan.2. I noticed a sign above the drop off that read "Rent Late pay an extra $75.00" so I took my payment into the office to explain that we had just gotten back from a weekend away to find no one in the office to even give my check to or apologize for being alittle late!! So I left my check there and returned later again
to find an employee tell me, a resident for four years that if they accept my rent as late they have to accept everyone's late even if it's on the 5th or 6th, they make no exceptions. That is a bunch of ----!!! That's how you treat your long term residents, we've NEVER paid out rent late in four years and the one time we hand it in the morning after thet can't even make an exception. Not to mention that our pool looked like swap water all spring and summer. They also never came to fix my toilet when it was broke, we had to fix it out of our own pocket. Our carpet has nails sticking up that I stub my toe on all the time but yet they won'they replace the carpet!! I have mold in my vents, I have water damage all down my walls next to the fire place they still have not come to fix!! Do I need to say more'' oh, and everyone else who has been residents here when they took over also feels the same way!! Where's our pest control that we use to have', where's our breakfast that we used to get every saturday morning' What about the fitness equipment that's broken or the weights that are missing' I believe when we signed up here all of these amenities and services were included in my contract!!! But yet every year when it's tine to renew my rent goes up $50. ADVICE-never live here!!!! Unless this managments company leaves!!!!
