I would stay away...far, far, away....

I have lived here for many years.

I have always paid my rent on time.

I was informed today (April) that my Feb.

rent was late and I owed $75 for a late fee....

What is going on'''''''''''' Well, we went from one so-so manager, to a new one who royally screwed up everything, to the current one who is trying to clean up her mess.

I'm livid and if they insist I pay this late fee...

I'll be protesting in front and letting future residents aware of the many problems I've had.

Our lease is up soon and we are getting the 'heck' out of here.

Drive around the complex and ask yourself "Why are there so many vacant apts.'" And if you decided to walk around - beware of the landmines (poop) this complex is full of pet owners who do not pick up after their pets.
