Management is a joke, everyone is moving OUT, this place should be in South Dallas instead of West Plano!!

I'll tell you ours! After we paid $500 to transfer to a bigger apt. (we even fulfilled our lease at the 1 bedroom, so still don't understand why we had to pay that much) we turned in a MOUND of work orders. There was obviously a dog that resided in this apt. and spent alot of time in the guest bathrrom. The wall and door are all chewed up - and painted over. Pretty let me tell you. And in the bedroom - door all chewed up - and painted over! And our kitchen 'tile' is 'unglued' from the floor and several pieces scoot around when you are in there. My iron got shorted out from faulting wiring - and our AC breaker flips daily - letting the good 'ole AC run for hours.. Hence our $260 electric bill. In our 1 bedroom last year, the AC went out totally - leaving us to fend for ourselves while they 'ordered' a new unit and had 'time' to install it. I agree - this place should be in south dallas. And the pool - that is a whole different story.
