I was just informed by CONNER GROUP themselves, that the reason they chose not to RENEW our lease, was because of postings we posted on this website! If you would like a copy of the e-mail, please e-mail me! If you are a current resident, take precaution and don't be a dumba$$ like me and attach your name to the posting. If you are a resident looking - carefully consider what you read on here since management does read these and retaliates by not renewing leases!

Another reason they stated they were 'not renewing us' is because of an incident that happened in the officer where they stated I told a prospective resident 'not to rent here'. Totally not the truth, but not fiction either. I went into the office to pick up a copy of my lease that was ready and waiting for me. One agent was talking to two men, and looked at me and said "It'll be just a minute" She looked up again and smirked and said "Well, it'll be a little longer than that." So I stand there as she LISTENS to the two mean decide what floor plan they like. She isn't talking to them, just sitting there watching them discuss. So I ask her if she can get the lease really quick while there decided, and she stands up - storms off and says "I don't have time for this!" and everyone stands there in aw - like she REALLY SAID THAT' and I looked at the prospective residents and stated "And you guys are renting into this'" So - that is why they want us out. Well, one of their stated reasons.

Just be careful. If the Connor Group sells the place - it would be a decent place to live. It has really gone down hill over the past year or so.

I also need to add that if you have children, proceed with caution. I have lived at this complex for 5 and 1/2 years. We had talked to the office staff at the beginning of August about renewal rates, and didn't make any decisions. Then - two weeks later - we added my husband's son to the lease - and that is when we got our letter to vacate. Coincidence' Or Discrimination' We filed our complaints - and are moving on our merry way. Sad that this management staff has brought the property down.

This website is for people to let others know how they are treated and their opinions. That is why I posted. At least I own up to who I am and don't hide behind fake user names - so people won't know I work in the office. IP addresses give it away.

I dont work in the office. And I think you need to get a life, seriously!!! Go buy a house and complain to your mortgage company, I'm sure they will listen!

I totally agree with you. This apartment complex is a nightmare, I don't mind the paper thin walls as much as the office staff which are totally unprofessional with a big attitude towards residents.
