Yes. My fridge went out on Friday and I lost everything I had and the apartment manager sent someone out ASAP to replace the fridge and they did compensate me for the items I lost. They didn't have to pay for anything I lost and I didn't even have to ask. I was very impressed with the quick response and the service they provide.

Well I guess you haven't visited with every resident. Because, Yes I am a resident and am very happy with the complex. No I don't work in the office or for the complex. I am sure if people would just respect the workers in the office and treat them the way you wish to be treated maybe the would of compensated you for a portion of your A/C. If it is such a horrible place to live why don't you just move out?

Well I'm so glad to here that you were taken care of. I am still waiting and hoping things will turn around. And for just moving out. Its really not that easy, you are in a contract it will go on your credit. Do you really want to dill with that. I am trying to give this complex a chance to turn around cause we love are floor plan and the location. Its just very difficult when they choose to argue with you about he said she said instead of turning things around.

We do treat them with respect and get nada. As a management team, they should treat all residents equally, we are their paycheck. How many empty units in your bldg??? Ours is half full. I'm just saying another resident said she went in the office talking about this website - and now all these positive things pop up about the complex.
