I lived here for a year, I did not have any major problems outside what you would expect from any apartment. The staff was often slow to respond to most questions and needs, but they were never rude to me. The maintenance person, bobby, was always very helpful if you were able to talk to him directly, however they had him working at another property they owned down the street so i'm sure that was part of the maintenance delay. We lived in a two bedroom for relatively inexpensive I thought, but when I talked to them about switching to a 1 bedroom at the end of our lease, i felt the 1 bedroom was significantly pricey for what they offered, basically for $200 more I could live in a 2 bedroom with almost twice the sq ft. We paid no deposits, so I'm not sure how they are with deposit returns.

Overall its an ok place to live, you will have problems at any apartment complex (especially owned by a larger co.), but its a pretty good place for what you pay in that location. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
