At first I was very hesitant to sign a lease after reading the reviews. I must say I've been very happy at Tuscany Villas so far.

I've had two minor maintenance requests and they responded the same day.

The size of the apartment and ameneties for the price is a deal for the venue. They've also gone above and beyond and repainted the exterior and are currently replacing all roofs.

No complaints on the office staff. Very friendly and helpful.

The complex is very pet friendly so you'll occassionally hear dogs barking or run across some dog waste, but you'll find that at any complex that allows pets.

If things continue to go this well I'm sure I'll extend my lease.
