My husband and I have lived in one of the 1-bedroom townhomes here for the past 6 months.

We really like the layout of our place and that we have an attached garage and a front walk up to our townhome! All of our maintenance requests have been filled the same day and we love having a tanning bed in our apartment office for our use.

Small complaints: $500 transfer fee if we decide we want to move to a different apartment in this same complex at the END of our lease (why would I pay $500 when my lease is over'), fees for several things (pet poo, trash being taken out too early/late, losing keys, etc.

like mentioned in prior comments, and no linen closet or storage anywhere in our floorplan.

The good has outweighed the bad so far, though! We would recommend this complex to friends.
