No air or low air in workout room. Equipment not repaired as needed.
Not all service requests put on computer.
So-so clean at move in.
High turnover rate.
Staff representation of contract misleading.
$35 for BASIC large dish "cable"
DSL service similar to dial-up.
Enter apt w/o notice.
Security gates give misleading sense of security.

Worst thing about valencia is the MANAGER. She is an impossible person to deal with and is extremely rude. The water bill is very high and there seems to some bug problem. But the biggest bug that Valencia should get rid of is MANDY the manager.
