The apartments are good in shape and maintenance. But the leasing people just charge for damages that do not belong to you. When i moved in there was this small shelf that has rough edges. When i moved out i was charged for breaking that. They should go through the apartment before someone moves in and make sure everything is correct. How would i write in movein sheet that shelf is broken, until i knew how it looks. They charged me a lumpsum for that and also rent increases after your lease period and keeps increading after that.
