These apartments are average. My apartment had a bug problem before I ever moved any of my belongings in. Not only that the water bills are very high. My last water bill was $50 dollars for a single person. The bill is not based on your usuage. It based on the entire apartment complex (i.e. pool and sprinklers). The one good thing is that the maintenance team responds very quickly. Think twice before moving here. My lease is over with and I am so glad.
