The worst thing about valencia is the MANAGER. She is an impossible person to deal with. She is extremely rude, never helpful and has no professionalism. The water bill is extremely high. If you are a family of 2, expect the water bill to be around $100 per month(not kidding!!). There seems to be some bug problem too. But the biggest bug that Valencia needs to get rid of is MANDY the manager.

I agree with you! She is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I was followed by a man who had been assaulting women in Plano and when I reported it to her she said there was nothing she could do to inform other residents!!! VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER!!!!
