Valcenia has a great look to it. The apartments are laid out nicely, the grounds are well taken care of and the building are generally well lit at night.

Valcenia does have some major problems though. In our apartment, we have had three leaks in our ceiling from the apartment above us. These leaks are not caused by overflows, but by faulty pipe construction and bad seals. We have been reporting these problems to the leasing office since October and are STILL having issues with it.

The repair man (Jason) is very rude and unprofessional. He will talk back to you, insult you and seems to do very poor work (based on the fact that nothing gets fixed).

Besides the leaks- the toilets mess up, the drains for both the sink and the bathtubs are slow to drain and the window screens do not fit the windows (which means you are letting all kinds of bugs if the windows are up).

There is only one pool- and it is really pretty. The only problem is there are usually people screaming and playing in the pool late at night, regardless of the curfew. The workout room is average- but randomly the office staff will lock the restroom doors without reason or notice.

Twice maintance men have entered our apartment without permission, setting off an alarm which called out the cops. The maintance men didn't even apologize or wait for the cops to show up. I had to drive home from work to make sure everything was okay.

This apartment complex has great potential, I just wish they would get a staff that was capable of managing it well.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

live there and totally agree with everything. DO NOT MOVE HERE... THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE TO PEOPLE AND DO NOT CARE. MAINTENANCE MAN, JUSTIN, WHO TOOK RUDE JASON'S PLACE, DOESN'T CARE EITHER!!!!!!!!!and doesn't know what he is doing. A bit slow.
