I have lied here almost 2 years. The first year was fine, but now as the time goes on they become more and more intrusive. They want to come in your apartment once a month for something, then they re-do the roof and have the workers out from 7am to 7pm so you get home from work wanting to relax and you hear the relentless noise of roofers. I think the rent is a bit expensive and they never offer to resign your lease with a special or anything worth re-signing. I will definately be moving out when my lease is up. This place is great except management. They have a new girl in there that I dont even think knows how to spell her own name. I have always heard my upstairs neighbors, and she is just a single older lady who doesnt seem to do much it is just so horribly built you can hear every single move she makes....Don't move here, for the price of the rent you should be getting a hell of a lot more.

They are having the roof redone because of damage from the storm, would you rather have water leaking into you apartment. I've lived there 2 years and have never had a problem. They've been coming in the apartments to do upgrades, you want more for your money but you're griping that they have to come inside or that there is noise to make things better. Get real, things dont happen over night.

Things don't hapen over night. My complaint is the TRASH that seems to be invading these apartments. Where do these ghastly people come from? They break the gate to let in friends and party till 2:30 at the pool! No lie. Cigarettes, Budweiser, and loud music played from a cheep radio! Not to mention language is used not appropriate for my child to hear. When a person is yelling so loud as such, I can not censor it for my child. I will too be moving. And oh... the dumb lady in the office. ... oh the lady.
