I don't know who hired the new manager but she is way too young, way too inexperienced and probably the most unfriendly and unprofessional manager we have ever had -- even more so than Mandy! Why didn't they just leave Rebecca here' She was like family to all of us and she knew what she was doing! Brittany is very friendly, but not Devin! The maintenance lead is awesome --he takes care of every call promptly and he is always friendly and curteous -- even when he is called out late or early morning. The other thing is my water bill -- it is so ridiculously high and it is because there are more people living in the units than are on the lease! Someone needs to take care of this issue -- seems several tenants are not happy about it. Also - the trash valet -- what is that for' I can take my own trash to the dumpster for less than $15/month!!!! Get rid of that -- it is a waste of money and we, the tenants, were not even surveyed about it!

It is obvious that the ValenciaRenter is an office staff member. Valenciarenter only replys in a very defensive manner when someone has anything bad to say. I bet it is the manager or Justin?What do you think?

It is totally an Office Idiot. You can tell. Who else would know the exact dates (like we keep up with that crap and if there "were" a schedule they would "still" do it whenever they wanted!! They are all idiots over in the office. Thank God Mandy got fired. She deserved it

I'm posting to this review since it's the most recent and I'm hoping someone will post back a reply. My husband and I are thinking about moving there but I am going on 10 months of sleep deprivation (for a variety of reasons beyond my control) and if the Valencia is as noisy as some of these reviews suggest, I'm afraid I'll lose my mind. We love the floorplan, love the location, love the current leasing specials; but if anyone can be honest with me about the noise levels I'd appreciate it. My main pet peeves are: blaring music with loud bass (because you can't drown it out no matter what you do) and hearing the motion of the people above you -- like when they walk around, you can hear every footstep they take. If Valencia is like that, I can't live there. If anyone can share their experience with me I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
