The new manager at Valencia is one of the worst at interacting with people. She is rude,indifferent,and has virtually no communication and people skills. She is better suited for a file clerk position, preferably in the basement where people contact is limited.
I have lived at Valencia for 5 years, have 30yrars experience in sales, sales training and human resources management so I have some standards by which to evaluate management and personnel. Devin is the 1st amateur manager Valencia has had.
I will move when my lease is up, discourage anyone from leasing there when possible.
I also see up to 3 monthe free at NEW apts so unless there is some incentive I wouldnt renew anyway.
The place is becoming rather ratty compared to what is available in the area at comparable prices.
