I love my apartment. I live in the largest 2 bedroom with my wife. The maintenance is great. Glen, I think it is just him right now, is so quick. My maintenance issues get taken care of the same day I call them in.

I am slightly shocked with the previous reviews of the office staff. Britney and Devon are such a nice breath of fresh air to this community. I did not like the previous managers, but Devon and Britney are just what Valencia needs. They were so helpful when my wife and I moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom recently. The ladies in the office are both young, but they do know what they are doing. As far as the communication/people skills, as said in previous posts, I did not see a problem. They did have to call me back about a couple of my questions, but they had to consult their corporate office, I believe.

The one complaint that I do have is the water bills and door to door trash. I live on the first floor by the dumpsters so I rarely take advantage of the door to door trash. It's $15 a month which I feel is a bit extreme. I have lived at the Highlands of Preston, next door, and I would never live there again. As I read the previous posts, I encourage people to make their own assumptions of this place rather that what other "residents" in the past have said about this place! I have a feeling that the previous posts were from people getting evicted or residents breaking the rules and they are doing what they can to get back at the staff.
