We had neighbors that sounded like a stampeding heard of elephants at all hours of the night. Played their music as loud as their surround sound could handle, would through things down in our yard, and parked in front of our garage all the time. It would take a minimum of three calls to the courtesy patrol to get any response. Then we would call the office manager, JOHNNY, who would call us liars as well as be totally rude. He would swear that no one lived above us, thus we were lying about all the noise. Well after 4 months of never getting any satisfaction out of him, we called the property management office. Lisa Young 972-934-0050 Then all we got from him was; ?We?ve given them a warning?. No apology for the horrible treatment and total lack of interest in the tenants living in this complex. We would call it a community but it?s in no way a nice place to live.

God forbid you need them to fix something. It takes several calls and pretty much threatening to call the housing authority to get any response from them at all.

If you have a package delivered to the front office; go by daily or you?re liable to get it after they?ve dropped it a few times, IF you get it at all.

The front office employees are the grossest definition of laziness and ill-mannered people I?ve ever met in my life. We would NOT recommend this place to anybody, unless they like being mistreated. I have to say I never look forward to going home now. Being home is like living in a prison and the warden doesn?t give a flip if you?re miserable because you?re locked into your lease and can?t get out. Now we hope each night that the neighbors are out for the evening just so I can watch my tv at a normal volume level.

We hate this place, living here makes us miserable.
