Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
I live at Preston Creek. I have been there for 3 years now and I can't say enough good things about the staff and the apartments. I have only known of one noisy neighbor and the staff dealt with that before I had to say a thing.

As you can tell by reading it, whoever left that last review is a very bitter and unhappy person.
