If you want your mail to be viewed by the office staff before you get it, and your phone lines crossed so your conversations are to listed to by other tenants-this is the place for you.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
The office staff went through my mail and Verizon (DSL and home phone provider) finally came to check my box, and the security at Verizon found a security violation of crossed wires by this apartment. And the last night I was there, Verizon also discovered my computer was closely monitored-If only they had read my emails a little closer, I was talking about my mail going missing in 1998 out of a post office. It was the staffs nervous reaction that made me look in there direction.
I talked to the Plano Police one day about mail theft, and that night the mailroom was vandalized, another one of their staged crimes to throw off the evidence.
I also notice something else that was consistent with this apartment-every time I contacted a law enforcement agent-federal, state or local-a crime alertness sheet was put out by the staff. (another clue that my phone was tampered with). Alone with the timing of the fake vandalism to the mail room, a staged crime that involved the kidnapping of a child (by pure coincidence-I hired the same private investiagtor-Jack Brumbelow) who investigated the staged crime of the kidnapping of a child-to cover up my complaint of serious stalking- and the crime alterness sheets-I figured out that those crime awarenss sheets were fraud-as well as the crimes that went with them.
Oh yeah-one more thing- Leah Dorsey made ridiculous attempts to ignore me when the plano police started to put an end to the harassment I have been complaining about-and then they had a crime safety meeting right after this-I think it was to offset who was doing the real crimes.
Do not let the looks of this apartment fool you. If anyone else who lived here had crimianl violations by this staff or management-I strongly urge you to submit your complaint to the FBI in Washington-not Dallas.
