I have to say that I lived at Villas of Preston Creek for almost a year. My energy bills were enormous (about $150 monthly for a one bedroom), and I could do without all the noise, but the office staff was as nice as could be. Just reading that guy's comments about nice place/ hostile staff made me laugh. Apparently he's a tad paranoid, and thinks everyone's out to get him.
