Before we sign the paper, the staff treated us so nicely as we will need to give comments on their service and write down on the card. Everything that we requested to be done before we move in was promised and noted down. But what happened after we signed the paper, things changed immediately. No more friendly face but only frustrated and "you owe me money" face ...
The service is so bad, break all the promises and things never get done as promised. L.. was the one who takes care of the things. Next time if you were to move in, remember to think twice and look at the apt that was assigned to you before you sign the paper.
