Among many appartments we decided to move to ^this place^, at the first the staff sounds nice and friendly. But, as soons as they get your application fee and deposit, FORGET IT !!!!!, they just changed, like that!!!
Unreasonable, unpoliteness, rude, careless...all the qualifications that you dont need when you move to a new place. ALL WHAT THEY WANT ITS YOUR MONEY! and more, no return, no service, ...
I lost over $ 250 in deposit, application feee, fees for bills transfers, truck-rent. In addittion, I lost the season, when the market was doing promotion and discounts, because i got hold in there for 40 days, Now i got to pay more, $ 200 average for similar apartment. plus day offs at work, stress, time looking for another apartmebnt..
They just mess up, DON^T GO THERE< EVER, if you want to have a nice living, and not have FALSE PROMISSES!!
The worst staff i ever seen, of course, after they get your money.
