I moved in to these apartments when i was only 18... and i signed a 13 month contract and was evicted by the 6th month.... We only had 3 complaints ever and after the 2nd complaint we made sure not to mess up anymore.... It was obvious that the apartment complex wanted me and my roomate out but would never admit it. We paid our rent we never needed help from the workers after we moved in, and yet they still hated us. Then on the 3rd complaint by our neighbor for something we didnt even do, they evicted us. Well me and my roomate moved out, and even my mom said she was suprised to see how clean we kept our apartment. The next thing i kno 2 days b4 Christmas i get this letter saying we owe them $3100 dollars. For back pay of a special, and this that and the other.... They kicked us out to get even more money from us, and unless they come to reason, I will be seeing them in court!

First, it's "my roommate and I". Second, you should have never received the first two complaints, especially in less than 6 months. Third, do you know how difficult it is to get someone evicted??? Three complaints from neighbors normally doesn't get one evicted unless the complaints are valid and for someting major. Good luck taking them to court. You won't win, moron. Perhaps your mommy should have explained to you how being an adult and living on your own really is before you moved out. Go back home until you grow up.
