Please give info on how your court case went. (false vacancy due to circumstantial evidence etc) I, as well as many people have this problem currently and would really like to know which lawyer, if any helped you, or how you went about it in court. you are welcome to email me at summer_fun34@yahoo.com
I sincerely hope you got some justice and won your situation. Many tenants need much more info on how to deal with psycho apt mgmt.
