We had quite a few problems when we moved in because we discovered that staff does not return calls and does not create work orders unless you give them WRITTEN NOTICE.

We like our apt. however and have found the grounds well-kept and our area quiet. If they ever finish painting the outside, it could be a nice place to live. The biggest problem now is that there isn't enough parking if you get home late.
