We just moved out of this place. It was great when we moved in but over the last year the service and type of people moving in both went down. We moved here because we liked the area, nice quite and no crime. Towards the end there were alot of car break-ins and one robbery. Lots of big dogs also, I like dogs, but it got to the point were there are dogs all over the place. Always barking and leaveing things behind.

Parking is always a problem, Never able to park close.
