I love my apartment. I have plenty of space; they pick up the trash 3 times a week from curbside; and I love the amenities of the complex. The grounds are well- kept, and I have yet to have problems with mail or rent being accounted for. Parking is not fun, but it doesn't ruin my life.
I have had issues with the office staff. They have always taken care of my apartment maintenance issues right away, but other things have taken SEVERAl calls to get a reaction. When you walk into the office, you are never greeted with a friendly smile...seems they would rather be having root canals than talk to you. Although I have never felt unsafe, I have had problems with theft.
