Okay, so I thought the rent on this place was a good deal....boy was I in store for a surprise...The night I moved into my apt. I heard a scratching sound behind my bed, in the wall....the opposite side of that wall is the exterior of the building....the noise kept me awake all night...I reported it to maintenance who came out and found a hole outside and plugged it....next day the noise was back...to make a long story short....THREE weeks went by....maintenance had to move all of my furniture out of my room and CUT A HOLE in the bedroom wall where they found a RAT that had been chewing through the wood and electrical wires...but get this....I'm only offered 100.00 off my next mths rent!!! what a joke... then they offered to move me, but told me I would have to pay all the reinstallation fees of tv and electric, and movers....this place was a joke....they rented to some teenagers next to me and the dude had a band that practiced in his living room...it took one mth for them to finally be evicted.... the only good thing was the 30 day trial period.... so you can try it out, and then GET OUT.

the band was next to my apartment too! Wish they new some Led Zepplin.
