I've been at the Villas of Preston Creek for about a year and a half. This is not important, but I really do hate that they painted the place yellow. It looks really cheap now. But, the inside is nice and spacious. The bathrooms are awesome. I do have some pretty loud neighbors and that is annoying, but what can I say living in an apartment. They aren't loud enough for me to complain. It does seem like the staff changes constantly. I never know anyone when I go to the office and they are not the friendliest of folks, but I don't have to deal with them too often. They do have a tanning salon, but it is run down and not very clean. The work out facility is nice, with a racquetball court. I've only been to one of the pools and just a few times because I have a 3 year old and the crowd that was always at the pool was always drinking alcohol and using extremely vulgar language loudly. They had no respect for the other residents utilizing the pool. Parking is crappy because you can't keep your car clean. You can park one car in the garage, but the other has to be parked outside and every night, the sprinklers get it so you end up with a spotted dirty car. I guess that's about it.
