Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
I am living in this apartments for last 1year. They increased my rent by more than $100 during lease renewal. The appliances are energy*, I end up paying more electicity bills compare to newer apartments. The only reason i am staying in this apartments is they are more spacious.
