RENT INCREASE!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
We have been here for a year. But to our suprise our rent has increased by over $150.00 and our electric bills are extremely high. We have live in others apartments for over 5 years. But we have never seen a rent INCREASE like this. The apartments try to blame it on "MARKET RENT". But if you want to keep your current residents way not cut some type of deal besides "Carpet Cleaning" keep our rent the same as what we signed or increase it by $50 but over $150.00. That is INSANE.
