I think the apt. interiors are beautiful, just beware of location...very important. I lived on the side closest to preston road and it gets very loud very early due to the traffic. Luckily at night, it's not too bad, but you can definitely hear when cars pass by. I have lived here almost a full year and never have heard my neighbors through the walls. The only noises you hear are garage doors opening which are right below your apt. But how often does that happen. So again, it just depends on where you end up. I'm sure I would have loved to live on the side closest to ohio...but avoid the preston and legacy sides. Staff is nice and maintenance friendly and helpful...although it did take quite a few tries to get my AC fixed...but luckily winter wasn't too far away when it happened. As far as bugs...they WILL come through the garage door spaces and some will probably try to make it upstairs. That goes the same for lizards. I have seen only a couple of roaches and 1 lizard make it as far as inside my apt(took me a week to catch that lizard)....but I'm sure you can prevent it by booby-trapping your staircase. I would recommend it anyone single, but wouldn't know anything on the family side...all my neighbors were single.
