I lived here for six months and I've been very pleased. I never, ever felt unsafe here, and I never had any safety issues here. I never worried that my apartment would be broken into or that my car would be broken into or stolen. The place is in good repair and the floorplans & balconies are awesome. If you can, try to get an apartment with a view of the creek; It's a park-like setting with rabbits hopping around and ducks swimming the creek. The leasing agents were very nice--especially Amber Bass. The management really cares about the quality of this complex, in my opinion. When you move out, they truly want to know how you felt about your stay here and what improvements you think could be made or what issues you may have had. My unit was very clean when I moved in. They have good move-in specials; just be forewarned that the rent will probably go up considerably should you decide to renew your lease (but that's the case in almost every apt. complex now, unfortunately). The fitness center is one of the best I've seen/used in an apartment complex, and the pools were always clean. I had absolutely no troubles with noisy neighbors. The maintenance people were awesome, and most of them were very friendly; they really try to get issues taken care of promptly and the right way. There's a bit of noise from traffic on the roads, but it's minimal and very worth dealing with, in my opinion. Faced with watering restrictions, they've done their best to keep the lawns and plants looking nice. There were no leaks, no roaches, and very few ants. The take care of reported ant hills promptly. The electricity bills will be high, but they are high anywhere you go. If I weren't moving to another city, I would seriously consider continuing my stay here. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
