Anyone with this same problem'



The staff over here at Villas of Preston Creek were tampering with our employment, blocking us from making money in any way. I found a job over the Internet, working from home. This staff had other tenants follow me, everywhere I went, saw when I went to the bank with a check. The next day, a Hispanic woman, cannot think of her name write now, she works for a mortgage company, made effort to meet up with me "coincidently." She wanted to find out what company I was working for. Another time, someone else called me and asked "exactly which company am I working for'" This was from the staff at the Villas of Preston Creek. I am catching on to it, because my current landlord is tampering with our employment, and then so was the one in Beaumont TX. They wanted to know the company, so they could block me from working for that company. Almost the same identical thing is happening with this current landlord. The current issues with my landlord is clarifying everything that happened here.

Here is the process. The employment agencies at the state level, here it was Texas Workforce Commission, uses landlords or apartment staff to tamper with peoples employment because the landlords have all the resources to do it, and easily explained away.

That is how the spying, the illegal bugs, cameras, coming into our apartment when we are not there-which happened at four places we rented, 2 in Dallas area, the one Beaumont and the most obvious the one here in Louisiana. I had Verizon come check our phone lines, but I think Preston Creek tampered with the evidence before Verizon came. In all four places, the landlords/staff knew a little to much about the conversations we had inside the apartments.

In the workout room, the maintenance, Carlos came to explain why they blocked the outside view in the workout room-because some woman who had to go workout without her husband felt unsafe. Depending on the situation, sometimes having an open view is much safer. I am now discovering the staff blocked off the view because they were making up lies about me when I was in the workout room. When we went to the park, we had so much harassment-same thing here-because this apartment staff were making up lies about me in the workout room, and perhaps making false complaints to the Plano police dept. When I go to the parks or outdoors to do my workouts, any lies they made up is revealed-and it is revealed to the police departments whom they got to make up such reports. I mentioned about calling the police to get a police report with a license number of some of the harassment I went through in the workout room one night at this apartment. It was 2 women, but it is no different if it is women, children or men. Leah Dorsey angrily yelled at me 'WHY DO YOU WANT TO CALL THE POLICE-AND ON AND ON-that was one time I should have had m recording. But that tells me she is the one sending the two women for harassment. The same thing here, when I talk about legal procedures, the landlord got furious-she wanted to hit me. Leah did not force her way into our apartment with threats, but she was more than angry enough. THERE IS SOME REASONS THEY ARE DEFENSIVE WHEN I TALK ABOUT MAKING POLICE REPORTS.

Anyway, when you cannot pay rent because of lack of employment-the state employment agencies use landlords, to access your mail, they break into the boxes your mailboxes, send out mail like you sent it out that you never did, listen to your phone conversations, when you come back and see four or five other cars coming back at the same time as you, that is the landlords or apartment staff getting people who are more than willing to cooperate in this criminal stalking activity. They know they are legally protected as long as the criminal investigations stay in that jurisdiction, because it is coming from the state employment centers.


We had harassment by the tenants, but it was coming down from the staff-same thing in this current neighborhood.

If you suspect you cannot find/keep a job, and you know it is not because of you, keep all papers, record conversations (legal in TX), keep accurate records of things employer says to traces of conversations and hidden messages showing up in brochures, personal conversations with staff-they always will. If they file eviction suit, you can file a countersuit. If the courts fail to listen or acknowledge your evidence, keep everything because later more evidence will surface and you can file a complaint against the city or the court.

Gossip and slander coming from this apartment complex may show up in other places besides your employment, but if it is happening elsewhere, it is happening with your employment.

Conversations I had at this apartment somehow got twisted around and deliberately misinterpreted and showed up at the Dallas Power House of Dance, where I took 25 hours of dancing a week. When an employee or owner of the Dallas Power made certain comments, not necessarily to me everytime, I knew right away this apartment staff changed around what I said, even though none of my conversations were relevant to the power house.

Look for nick names you use to keep showing up, that could have only come from here.
I found a good trick is to use several nicknames, and you can tell when the harassment or someone pretending to meet up with you by accident-if it really is an accident. This is something I should have paid closer attention to while I was there. Currently, my landlords where I am, have repeatedly addressed the other person I am living with by the wrong name. By her doing this, I can prove she has accessed our mail, opened it, called the business the mail was from and impersonated us-or the man I am living with. This identical wrong name showed up on letters she wrote to us. The current things happening now, is allowing me to understand what was going on at this apartment.
I am sure it is happening to many other tenants as well. This staff is where they felt legally confident they were untouchable by the law.

If the apartment complex landlords were so keen to spy on their tenants, we would be reading stories all the time of how tenants were smoking pot, stealing internet from neighbors, and all sorts of other crimes. I have hads the same problem with this apartments and their landlords. I was using the power house as a place to do my work over the internet, and the landlords had no right to spread rumors about me that had nothing to do with them or the dance. I quickly suspected that they were up to no good and that they were trying to make trouble in my neighborhood. So they started messing with my employment and my mom got scared and said you're moving with your Auntie and Uncle in Bel-Air. The lies didn't stop there, because when I whistled for a cab, when it came near the license plate said lies about my face and there was a dice in the mirror. The same dice that my landlord roll to change my fate. So now I've left this apartment to become the prince in a town called Bel-Air

When I lived in the Astoria apartments (Dallas TX) they would go through my stuff and leave letters about my stuff in the apartment. That place was a hell hole. We even had a murder in the parking lot and they left the body out for hours and I couldn't get to work on time because my car was next to the body. (This is not a joke)

Now IS the time to strike! Don't belive the "tin-foil hat" people. You need to protect yourself. Check your yellow pages for metals, or stained-glass supplies/repair. With luck, either one should have LEAD foil available. Aluminum does nothing to stop their surveillance. Do they put an Aluminum smock on you at the dentist, or a Lead one? Case in point. Post a sign on your door noting that all interaction will be recorded to be in compliance with the law, and only pick up your phone after an answering machine has answered saying that all calls will be recorded and you can check caller ID. It happens a lot. When I lived there they were very angry with my cat Sally, because she is very white and has a happy smile. They wrote letters about how they could see her, and wanted money but I knew they were coming into my apartment and telling her terrible things about me.

I too had problems....Here's my story! READ IT!!!!!! When I moved in the fridge didn't work so i asked for a new one. They brought me one that was full of cameras and listening devices. They did a really good job of hiding them too, because I couldn't find them, no matter how hard I looked. I guess the devices weren't working so they came in while I was at work and tore the fridge apart. They even released the refrigerant. They then tried to say it was me that tore it up looking for cameras. I had too take them to court. I would have loved to have found the cameras but I wasn't. Then I set up a town hall meeting at the pool. I had my podium and all and somehow they programmed their tenants to not be in the facility at 3 pm on a Friday. I suspicion that the gates were locked so no one could enter back in the apartments, But I got them.....I have camera's and mics in their leasing office! I know they are tracking this and will keep me from getting another apartment which is okay I'm in a 6x10 foot room free of charge...haha suckers.

He's not paranoid, police agencies have informants pulling the same thing. A maintenance man was busted for having keys that he wasn't entitled too, and I've been followed, harrassed, etc. for years. What's more, they know that I know! They don't have anything on me! Must've been that loud-mouth radio show I did LAST DECADE.

Have you tried wearing a special cap to block your thoughts? That's what I did (I made mine out of aluminum foil and it wroks great). Recetnly though, I could pick up the landlord's radio transmissions through my teeth fillings and hear it over my iPOD. Now I'm on to their surveiellance methods and one step ahead of them. Tell Carlos I said hello, and I have hhis check waiting for him.

First of all, I applaud your courageousness because it takes a strong person to come forward and speakout against the man who is keeping us all down and out. The alliances inbetween slumlords and the various governmental employments boards is not unique to Texas or even the US. After suffering the very same experience in all nine states with 2 word names (Rhode Island is actually "State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations," and is seven words which is too many words to write on an envelop so I would never live there), I finally up and moved to Canadia. I encountered the vary same problematic in Nova Scotia, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and both Newfoundland and Labrador (but I did get two very cute puppies but my other dogs don't understand them when they bark because they speak with a strong accident). I have written a screenplay movie about my stories but my agent says it is too long and no ones wants to sit through a six and threequarter hour movie but I tell her he is wrong and people will watch it because they all know the truth. When my movie is being made, I will give you a job if you can't get one because your landlord is still screwing with you. They will try to tell me the same lies, but I will just act like I am listening (I am a very good actor and plan to play myself in my movie) but the whole time I will know they are lying and will give you a job anyways. Do you have any skills? If not, you can work in craft services and serve the chili. I love chili and it will be served every day during the filming of our movie. Do you like chili? I hope so, because it is cold here. I don't want to post what state I currently live in, but I will give you a hint in case you need to finds me. ???It begins with the letter that falls between the b and c on my keyboard.???

Take this review down!!!! This person very very ill and this should not be treated as a joke. I agree with the poster who said some of these responces could put other tenants in danger. I lived next to a paranoid schizophrenic for a year and unmedicated these people can be scary and dangerous. She thought her upstairs neighbors were dancing and stomping out secret messages to everyone else in the building about her--she would scream in the parking lot at the ants on the ground to stop following her. While behavior like that may seem funny to some it is very disturbing for anyone with half a brain because delusional people can freak out and become violent--they are so sick they have no control and cannot be blamed. TAKE THIS POST DOWN!!! I have already contacted this website at the phone number listed on the contact page and I hope others will as well as this is not a joke or something to laugh at...

I blame Obama. It is a joint union between Obama and Sean Hannity who have joined together with the Future Farmers of America to stage an election in order to control more of the appartment industry, allowing them to control more mailboxes of Americans. They will use the information stolen from these mail boxes and from voter registration cards to negotiate with the Chinese and to control the firework industry.

Living in apartments can be tuff. They always have a key, so they can come in anytime. They do have a lot of control, and man is it scary to even think about! I had no idea they were teaming up with the Texas Workforce Commission...Now that's a killer combination. I have a lot to think about now. I've been living in an apartment for about three years, and I've always felt an ominous presence, especially in the garden area. I can't beleive I let them make me think the Palm trees were just decorations or that the hot tub was a place to relax and escape the scrutiny of the government and apartment management! Anyway, thanks for the heads up. I'm definitely going to be looking out for my employment and will be keeping a keen eye on my apartment. I'll probably move out, but I don't know where to go, because once the Texas Workforce Commission gets involved I've heard it's a slippery slope without traction. It's like you almost have to move under a bridge in an undisclosed location, and even then you still really don't know if the TWC is poking around!

I was waiting for the right time to reply to these slanderous posts. All of these were from some of the 30,000 people in Louisiana who tore up their own houses after the hurricane Katrina was long gone. They all came in at the same time. The current landlord have been caught repeatedly stealing our mail, calling the people to make it look like it was us to collect information. This was happening right here with the staff at the Villas of Preston Creek, they wer also sending out mail in my name making it look like I did it. Over here in Louisiana is where I caught it. These posts were in retaliation to obstruct justice, hoping I would listen to a bunch of people who, according to Bush JR, "tore the roofs off their own houses" and really believe these people saying I was crazy. Like I said, this current landlord would steal our mail, a couple of the organizations she called and said she was us is Triple AAA and Aig Insurance. The other times she came and gave us mail she held in her housr for over 30 days, according the to post mark on the envelope. I made complaints against the mail theft. Right before these responses came in, I ordered a UPS package that required my signature to my physical address. To my surprise, Bobby Jindal started evacuating everybody out of Louisiana because of the hurricane Gustave. That governors office really wanted us to leave here, or not be here to sign for my UPS package at this physical address. We did not. The current landlord did not either. They were planning on coming in to this apartment, illegally. So she did what she normally does when she needs a loophole in the law; she called the paramedics went into the hospital. Her daughter came and told us she had a stroke several months ago. So, I said so what, according to Louisiana laws, that legally allows her to escape from justice. Besides these slanderous posts, we also got some suspicous emails the day after I placed my order to be delivered at my house. All of you who made these slanderous posts, you just left a paper trail, left yourself open for being suspected of accepting any payoffs. Or the government agent, perhaps TWC? who paid you off to be open to investigations too.
