I have no time to write a review and largely go what I get even if its bad. But Villas of Preston Creek(VPC) has got on my last nerves when they slapped me fine 800 USD in MY move-out statement. I moved out VPC after living in VPC for two years (never defaulted any payments). 4 weeks before my move-out date, I have been requesting VPC to do the inspection. One esteemed professional in the VPC rental office said that they cannot do without the person being there at the home. I agreed and I decided to work from home one week (I travel a lot) to just wait in vain and nobody showed up for the whole week citing the fact that the person who does the inspection is sick. When asked for a solution, another gentleman from the VPC rental said they can do the inspection without me being at the house. Wow! flip-flop. No wonder nobody did the inspection even the last week. When I moved out, they slapped with the fine for every single stuff (Approx 800 USd) - carpet (just a simple stain). How could I trust such a management' I dont care about the money I can pay this and and move on with my life. But where is the integrity. With more people choosing to opt a rental house due to the real estate crsis, the more these rental managment is getting arrogant. VPC is typical example of one. This is just one incident, I have lots of such disappointing facts about VPC. They are expensive apartments and but management behave very cheap.
