I have been living here for around 2 years now. I am moving out next week because they increased rent like anything. No preference is given to old tenant and management is not willing to negotiate.

Earlier ROXY harassed us a lot & CHRIS is no better now. LENA is very rude, unprofessional & RACIST.

Apartment is good but management does not know how to make good use of resource.

I will post another comment soon about my move out experience & charges.

You are so RIGHT !!!! I HATE THIS MANAGEMENT TEAM if that's what you want to call em' Chris is not for the residents and Lena is very rude rascist you are so right. I'm am so glad it's not just me . I can't wait to get out of HERE>>(HELL). DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Nice property but if you do you'll see . I have so much to say on my own. coming real soon. God Bless

This is exactly right. Don't say sorry after you signed contract because those staff lied to you at the 1st place to get you in their management chaos. Suggestions: Report this to the headquarter after you move-out if the situation of getting paid with no work ethic has not improved
