Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
Good: Decent space for the price. Bad: Current management and maintenance.
Moved in August 2007. Things were great (minor maintenance but issues handled quickly and professionally) until new management took over in mid-2008. Since then, less grace policy on rent payment, constant construction around property, incomplete maintenance work.
Maintenance has been called out for minor fixes but can't seem to complete the task properly on first visit or won't show up on scheduled date/time. Requires constant prodding and repeated requests.
I consider myself tolerant of neighbors (it is an apartment after all) but recently moved in neighbors (plural) have been considerably less considerate -- running, jumping, yippy dogs and loud music.
My lease is up in 2 months and I'll be happy to be out of here.
