How they can advertise this place as "luxury" apartment homes is beyond me. I was obviously wearing rose colored glasses when I moved in; however, reality quickly set in.
They send out notices for you to have your trash set out before 9:30 AM (Mon/Wed/Fri), only for it to sit there throughout most of the day where the birds and other furry friends have a go at it before it is picked up by the maintenance crew. A good many people sit their trash out all days of the week, some of it not even properly bagged, so that you get to see milk jugs and the sort being wind carried all over the place.
Some of the tenants by in to the belief that we all love to hear their small yappy dog bark endlessly while they leave it out in their "yard" left alone. The staff at the office will tell you they pay for the enjoyment of their yard - but I guess what I pay for rent doesn't buy me any piece and quiet.
If you are thinking of renting here, know what you are getting into. The staff are like used car salesmen; they will tell you anything you want to hear and paint you the prettiest picture to get you to sign. Reality - it's a small step above the projects.
